I design reading lesson experiences using human-centered and agile design methodologies and iterate with rigorous user testing to help CA inspire a love of learning in students. I put proactive measures in place so that iReady® lessons are accessible from the start of development. I set precedents for compliance documentation, and I explore improvements to user experience for differently-abled students beyond compliance. I direct art that captures the imagination and validates our students\' cultures and lived experiences so those students see themselves in our lessons. I procure diverse talent and oversee production timelines and stakeholder reviews.
