Manage all Information Technology projects and requests for the department from idea inception, through approval process, build, validation, implementation, training, and assessment- Organize all incoming and clinical and operational Epic Willow requests and some Orders, Beacon, OpTime, and ClinDoc requests for all inpatient, outpatient, and procedural areas for all facilities in the Bronx: four (4) inpatient facilities, stand-alone emergency department, ambulatory surgery center, outpatient infusion center, and medical clinics of Montefiore Medical Center- Coordinate with site directors of pharmacy, medication safety, pharmacy informatics, nursing, physicians, and other key stakeholders and manage standardization effort across all ten (10) inpatient facilities of the greater Montefiore Health System through leading weekly approval call for all requests - Maintain and support pharmacy automation including but not limited to: Alaris Smart Pump infusion library, CADD Patient-controlled Analgesia infusion library, DoseEdge IV workflow management, USP 797/800 standards, and aid with Willow Inventory and Pyxis Automated Dispensing System as needed- Develop action plan for implementation of all new formulary products for all ten (10) inpatient facilities of Health System
