I quickly understand the scope of new positions in a way that allows me to be a positive force for change within an organization, or an ambassador for maintaining and building upon current company culture. Business professionals often think that having an MBA or specialized experience and certifications within a particular industry is the leading indicator as to whether a new hire will be successful. I have found that an individual with diverse experience spanning multiple industries and company sizes can bring new ideas and ROI opportunities in ways traditional thinking misses. No matter the industry, no matter the size of the firm, all of my professional experience has centered around two strengths and passions:1. A drive to learn about existing processes in a way that discovers opportunities for improvement- Every position I have ever held has been approached with a drive to better understand why a company currently operates the way it does and as to why people do what they do. Through asking the right questions, I love effectively applying those answers in a way that positively impacts the bottom line. It\'s this drive to learn and curiosity that has led to my successes.2. Analyzing fragmented data and combining it into actionable solutions- A business is a living entity that is constantly growing and changing. I love looking into the data, creating reports that more efficiently capture those numbers and to then turn otherwise disparate information into actionable solutions that lower costs, increase margins and drive revenue growth.
