Responsible for the planning and execution of conferences, seminars, and workshops for the experience and events department. Planning includes conference meeting plans, budget management, speaker logistics, marketing and promotion, contract negotiation, hotel logistics, and conference signage logistics. Executing over 20 in-person and virtual events a year, as well as hot topic webinars. I oversee all functions of our exhibitions and sponsorships. Including: marketing/communications, booth sales, contract negotiations, floor plan creation and management, system processing, and supervision of staff.
