SYSTEM MAINTAINENCE & TROUBLESHOOTING- Monitor and maintain AV systems with Team Viewer, Azure Admin Console, Teams Admin Console, Neat Pulse, Logitech Sync Portal, Crestron XIO Cloud, and Microsoft Intune- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues quickly and efficiently- Perform regular system checks and firmware updates. EVENT PRODUCTION- Coordinate and support live and hybrid events, including lighting, sound, and video- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure high production quality. DOCUMENTATION & REPORTING- Maintain detailed logs of incidents, resolutions, and system configurations- Provide feedback and recommendations for AV system improvements.KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS- Deep knowledge of AV systems, signal flow, and networking- Experience with control systems (e.g, Crestron), DSPs (e.g, Biamp, QSC), and video switchers- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills- High emotional intelligence and discretion when working with executives- Ability to think quickly and resolve issues under tight deadlines- Strong analytical and diagnostic skills- Impeccable grooming, punctuality, and presentation- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
