I also write Technical Specs and documentation, Support Procedures, Unit Tests, Integration Tests, Unit Test Reports, Software Promotion Forms, as well as run these tests. I also assist in OQ/PQ testing where necessary. I manage small to medium sized teams on different projects as well as develop and help junior team members with debugging and troubleshooting. I manage colleagues and help them grow and develop through their career path.
