At DSV - Global Transport and Logistics, I lead a team of ocean import freight forwarders who handle the end-to-end process of importing goods from overseas. Our responsibility is to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of ocean import shipments, while meeting the highest standards of quality and safety. We also provide excellent customer service and communication to our diverse and global clients and partners. With over six years of experience in the logistics industry, I have developed strong skills in imports, exports, hazardous materials, customs regulations, and documentation. I am IMDG certified and have a Lean Six Sigma White Belt, working toward a Black Belt. I am passionate about the logistics field and its impact on the global economy and society. My goal is to continuously improve my knowledge and skills, and contribute to the success and growth of DSV and its customers.
