As JE Dunn\'s Project Director, I am the primary point-of-contact for all aspects of large project life cycles. I lead the development of the project’s strategic vision, including the project’s scope, schedule and budget with the support of the entire project team. From the beginning, during preconstruction, I focus on attaining optimum value from the budget by understanding the goals and leading the collaborative delivery process. My responsibilities during construction involve cost control, schedule management, coordination with all authorities having jurisdiction and consultants, and overall responsibility for leadership of the JE Dunn and project team.
