Key Responsibilities• People Leadership: Responsible for leading, managing and coaching supply planning team responsible for managing Bridgestone supply chain and import/export management• Supply Planning and Budgeting: Work collaboratively with key stakeholders across Bridgestone Australia management and other Bridgestone factories across the world to develop plans to meet the current and future tyre needs of the business and take the lead to facilitate discussions to advance ideas and satisfy business requirements• Continuous Improvement: Define, recommend and implement strategic initiatives and continuous improvement to Supply Chain systems and processes including the development of business cases• Manage Supply Chain Systems: Manage Bridgestone Supply Chanin systems by providing subject matter expertise, liaising with IT and cross functionally with a focus on improving operational processes and issue resolution• Total inventory management: Managed inventory across multiple warehouses and optimise inventory by rebalancing• Prepare Import orders for approval by executive management and transmission to BSCAP in a timely manner• Reporting and Presentations: Managed monthly reporting and presentation to the management on supply performance, import order approval packages, import order confirmation summary, lead-time analysis and other requirements
