Support the Engineering & Property Services (Facilities Management, Real Estate and Project Delivery organizations) as well as the Transition Management and Shared Services organization in preparing global change management, communication and engagement plans and strategies and executing against them. Track success of change management by using performance measures (ADKAR) and identifying new measures. Capture, develop and validate all change impacts for the business and develop mitigation plans as necessary. Collaborate with Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) partners/suppliers to execute communications in alignment with overall change plans for readiness and go live communications for all programs. Develop and execute executive meetings, presentations and social medial channels to drive organization engagement and connection.
