ABOUT BOLTHAR LEMOINE
Ever since I got my first trainee position at an insurance company I have become a zealot for the insurance market. Throughout my career I have worked alongside insurance agents, underwriters and actuaries, from portfolio management and quotations to the development of products, ratemaking, reserves and solvency analysis. This allowed me to learn different realities and priorities of the business. In the last couple of years I have been deeply immersed in pricing topics. I did a masters degree in Statistics and Operational Research with focus on predictive modelling and optimization algorithms. Then I started working with Liberty Mutual at a regional level, participating in the building and reviewing of GLMs (risk, retention, conversion), creating price optimization platforms, improving monitoring capabilities and training resources.
