Modern Elders, as laid out by Chip Conley, in his book \'Wisdom at Work\',\"are somehow able to marry an air of gravitas with a spirit of humility.\" He points out that most Modern Elders exhibit good judgement, unvarnished insight, emotional intelligence, holistic thinking, and stewardship.
