Responsible for developing and executing a business development strategy for DLG across personal lines and Green Flag.Creating, managing and adapting a robust new partnership pipeline linked to DLG\'s strategic goals and emerging market opportunities. Securing and launching new partnerships. Reviewing and developing the partnership proposition to ensure it meets the changing needs of pipeline partners and the changing needs of the market. Develop and maintain strategic delivery plans and build strong relationships to ensure the DLG proposition covers all aspects of affinity partnership, including aligning commercial, cultural and customer objectives to protect and enhance the affinity partners brand values. Leading and developing a bespoke team of Key Account and Business Development Managers to ensure commercial, partnership, brand and customer targets are achieved.Drive strategic planning for the partnerships including business development, change and prioritisation and customer proposition development.
