I provide onsite generalist HR support for one of the UK\'s leading energy suppliers, recruiting temporary workers for any of the four sites I look after. Whilst customer service forms a large part of my recruitment, I have also recruited for administrators, analysts and secretarial positions at the client\'s request. Once I have recruited the agency workers, I continue to build relationships with the employees and their managers by providing HR support throughout their assignment, as well as assisting with payroll related queries.
