ABOUT BOB WADE

Bob Wade is a Fort Myers native and a Florida State University graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. With over five decades of experience in real estate, Bob has held various leadership roles, including serving as President of Cypress Realty, a firm he founded in 1976.Bob\'s dedication to professional development is evident through his achievement of the GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute) designation in 1978, where he was recognized as the top-performing student, earning the prestigious FAR Robert T Brinkley Education Award. In 2013, he attained the CRB (Certified Residential Broker) designation.Throughout his career, Bob has received numerous awards, including the Broker of the Year and the Faye Lynn Roberts Lifetime Achievement Award from The Realtor Association. He holds the esteemed status of Realtor Emeritus with the National Association of Realtors. Beyond his real estate expertise, Bob is a real estate trainer, has served as an expert witness in real estate litigation, and is a trained mediator and ombudsman for The Association. He also founded Edison Mortgage, Inc, where he was a licensed Florida Mortgage Broker.In addition to his professional accomplishments, Bob is a certified private pilot and a dedicated blood donor, having donated over thirty-two gallons of blood.
