I returned back to Blakemore food service in December 2022, after leaving the business for a short time from 2021.I have assumed my previous role held from 2017 as Senior trading manager and assume responsibilities for suppliers and manufacturers and the categories including Fresh, Frozen, Chilled, Ambient and Non-Food.My responsibilities include the direct and indirect finance management for my suppliers and manufacturers, with regular and active meetings for development and income.Engaging with the Country Range buying Group and being pro-active for Blakemore is a benefit to our customers and our company, as the experience and knowledge from the team within CRG which is shared with the CRG members, is a key driver on sustaining and creating success for our businesses with the superior own brand offer and options backed up with great branded suppliers from the major and mid-range suppliers in the food industry.
