Led the design vision and execution of MySmartMedic’s web platform, driving both user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design. Defined and maintained the design system, ensuring consistency across components, screens, and interactions. Conducted user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to identify pain points and validate design decisions. Translated research into user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
