She is a strategic supply chain management professional with over a decade of experience in procurement, logistics, inventory and warehouse management and is currently undertaking doctoral research at the Sheffield Business School where she explores the integration of digital technologies, especially Digital Twin technology and systems, into supply chains to enhance sustainability, resilience, and operational performance and teaches modules in the Sustainable Futures and Supply Chain division of Sheffield Hallam University.
