As a senior design consultant to the innovation organization at Nationwide, it is my responsibility to help guide product teams towards building the right solutions for our customers. The innovation group focuses primarily on bringing new products and services to market and reimagining what our current offerings provide to our members. Through a mixture of human-centered design practices and design research and strategy, I enable teams to ask tough questions, distill insights and make connections that allow them to create more meaningful products. I regularly employ many facets of my skill-set, from rapid prototyping to workshop facilitation and qualitative research planning and execution.
