Björn in three words – passion, persistence, creativity. My values & Believes:1. Embracing the Impossible:Regardless of a deadline, a budget, or the complexity of a task, I genuinely believe that there is always a way to turn a vision into reality.2. Execution:From building new brands and companies to running marathons, I believe it is all simply about doing, trying, testing and… daring.3. What has inspired me / changed my life- The book „The Obstacle is the Way“ by Ryan Holiday- Simon Sinek’s TED Talk „How Great Leaders Inspire Action\"- The book:\"The Human Brand“ by Chris Malone and Susan T. Fiske - Cycling from Vancouver to Mexico in 2001- Running the New York Marathon without any training in 2008- Joining EO Entrepreneurs Organization in 2013- Sarah Hyndman’ TED Talk „Wake up and smell the Fonts\"- Sadhuguru & the Isha Yoga Center- Finding the love of my life.Having done two Masters degrees at the Bauhaus University in Weimar (in Brand Architecture & Brand Design) – I found my passion early on for building and leading brands in \"two and three dimensional\" spaces. Already as a student started developing a smoothie brand, was building and running a party label or making supersize bean bags. Now looking back over the last 20+ years, where I am at my best seems to show a pattern – it is building and leading brands in retail, hospitality, FMCG, real estate and tech.
