As the Head of Corporate Communications at Afcons, I have led our strategic communications efforts and enhanced our corporate reputation for more than a decade. I am privileged to have been recognised with the PRCI Chanakya Award for Communicator of the Year in External Communications and PR Excellence in International Relations.With an extensive background of over 18 years as both a journalist and a communications specialist, I have demonstrated expertise in media relations, branding, public relations, and crisis management across various high-profile national and international projects. These include the Chenab Railway Bridge—the world\'s highest single-arch railway bridge in Jammu and Kashmir; the Atal Tunnel—the world\'s longest highway tunnel above feet in Himachal Pradesh; the East-West Metro—India\'s first under-river tunnels and its deepest metro station in Kolkata; the Lusaka City Decongestion project—a comprehensive initiative to decongest and upgrade road infrastructure in Zambia; and Jewel of the Creek—a significant infrastructure development in the heart of Dubai, UAE.My experiences have also involved close collaborations with diplomats and embassies across different regions. I have written and directed several award-winning short films and documentaries that encapsulate the essence of Afcons’ contributions to infrastructure development.My mission is to create compelling narratives that showcase the transformative impact and enduring value of Afcons’ projects around the globe.
