Monitoring the CAPEX/Project Procurement\'s & Contracts, Tender management (preparation of tender for EPCM/LSTK, BOQ, Scope of work, Special conditions etc), Techno-commercial evaluation, Negotiation, Award of PO/WO. Also, taking care of opening of Indegious/Imported LC, Timely Delivery of materials, Custom Clearance and then after acceptance of materials. Apart from that, I am also monitoring the inventory control; cost reduction in procurement and contract, supply and chain management, new vendor development and vendor grievance resolution. In additions of above, also monitor & develop the Refinery units & offices as TPM compliance Plant/offices to catch the TPM 3rd Level award from JIPM.
