The role needs me to handle client relations and operations for theNortheastern & east central region of the US as well as work towards maintaining the internal clinical operations. This is achieved through:1.Eliciting and documenting detailed requirements from agencies and physician groups, ensuring a thorough understanding of their needs to ensure quality patient care.2.Analyzing EHR data, CPT and patient information to identifytrends, patterns, and take informed strategic decision-making.3.Evaluating existing healthcare software systems and recommending solutions to align them with industry standards, compliance regulations and client requirements.4.Acting as a liaison between healthcare agencies, physician groups, and technical teams, facilitating effective support, resolving issues and ensuring alignment of project goals.5.Defining KPIs and quality metrics to measure the success and impact of healthcare initiatives, providing regular clinical reports to stakeholders.6.Continuously monitoring the evolving needs of healthcare clients, proposing enhancements by accurate solutions, and contributing to the long-term strategic planning for healthcare solutions.7.Creating Dashboards and presentations to perform analysis on various business metrics using tools like Tableau, Power BI and Excel.
