In my role as Director, I orchestrated the deployment of sizable, government-operated electronic visit verification (EVV) technological solutions. As the principal in-charge of program delivery, I ensured project activities across various managed workstreams were meticulously supervised. Additionally, I contributed to official RFP responses, contract alterations, and change orders. I also instigated process enhancements and standardized artifacts to bolster program and implementation uniformity for our visit verification and scheduling services, while maintaining HITECH certification standards and HIPPA compliance.• Administered the triumphant execution of the EVV program for California\'s Personal Care Services (PCS) and Home Health Care Services (HHCS) Medicaid programs across 5 state Departments. These departments offer services to over members and employ over healthcare providers and direct care workers, handling annual claim encounters surpassing 3.4 million.• Directed the victorious deployment of the EVV program for Connecticut\'s Department of Social Services (DSS) Mental Health Waiver Medicaid program, serving over individual members and engaging more than healthcare providers and direct care workers.• Guided the successful launch of the EVV program for Rhode Island\'s Executive Office of Health & Human Services Medicaid program, covering over members and leveraging over healthcare providers and direct care workers for more than monthly visits.• Participated in the successful rollout of the Department of Health Services in Pennsylvania, which covers over members, with more than healthcare providers and direct care workers attending over monthly visits.
