ABOUT BILL MORGENSTERN

After 35+ years of serving as a CEO in both the corporate and non-profit worlds, I am now working as an ICF® certified leadership coach, mentor and advisor to CEOs and senior leaders of non-profit leaders.I have the great fortune to have served alongside the most dynamic and courageous teams in a variety of industries. Here are some highlights of my career:• Co-Founder of what became an $800 million NYSE listed specialty retail company with over team members operating in 37 states.• CEO of a non-profit, international micro-finance organization which, at the time, operated in 20 countries across the globe employing over people.• Launched a “not so successful” restaurant franchise in North Carolina.(Here’s a hint: If you want to earn a million dollars in the restaurant business, start with four million. Ouch.)• CEO of the largest technology company (PE sponsored) in the car wash industry which employed 300+ team members. The team created and executed a strategic plan that tripled the company\'s revenue in just under 3 years.• Over the years I’ve led the negotiation, acquisition and integration of 30+ companies ranging from $2MM to $200MM in sales. • Served on several non-profit boards, including Chairman of a 400+ bed hospital in northwestern PennsylvaniaOver the past year I have worked to educate myself on the best practices of effective leadership coaching.• Completed an ICF® (International Coaching Federation) Accredited Leadership Coaching Certification program at American University.• Earned certification as a facilitator of The Leadership Circle 360 Profile® and The Leadership Circle Systems® leadership development program.• I pursued accreditation as a facilitator of The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team® and Everything DiSC® through Wiley Publishing.
