ABOUT BILL BOONE

I am a graduate of the Saint Joseph’s 5 year Food Marketing Co-op Program. I was employed in the food industry after college at Dietz and Watson. After roughly a year, I decided to make a bold switch into the world of construction sales. That decision ended up being not only a great decision, but a career defining one. After roughly 9 years in the Insurance Restoration Business, I have become a well known staple within the industry. I have been trained in most positions from ladder assisting to adjusting and everything in between. Currently I am the Project Manager at Best Home Restoration Inc with over 10 years experience in insurance restoration sales. Skill Set: • Proficient in critical analysis and interpretation of insurance claim scope. • Utilize oral/written communication skills to educate customers on different situations that could come about when filing a claim with you homeowner’s insurance company. • Well versed in most individual insurance company’s established procedures and processes. • Able to guide all customers through the entire insurance process by ensuring proper preparation in order to limit the amount of hurdles my client has to cross themselves. • Skilled in strategic planning/project management. Primary point of contact for cross functional teams. • Manage relationships with customers. Manage different personalities within each team to ensure production/output is completed on an efficient manner. •Manage a very financially and ethnically diverse group of professionals. • Develop marketing and sales strategies as well as coordinate and track production activities in Acculynx. • Leadership and business acumen in insurance restoration business. Make critical go/no-go decisions to reflect business direction. Developed on-boarding plans for new team members and career development plans for current team members.
