ABOUT CRAIG BESTWICK

I am a visionary end to end product and experience designer with a vast background working on many diverse products across multiple industries, including financial services software at both Citi and Experian, business software at The Access Group, clinical trial software at Clario and educational software at NCFE.During my time with the Access group as UX manager across the Education, Not For Profit and Health, Support and Social Care divisions, I worked closely with our agile teams distributed across the UK, to help implement a unified user experience across our extensive & diverse portfolio of SaaS solutions on the Access Workspace platform and on mobile. I was responsible for leading the business case for Access to adopt User Zoom into their design and validation process which was their largest ever investment in tooling. This represented a fundamental change in the User Experience maturity of the organisation.At Clario as Lead UX Designer I managed the end to end design process of green field projects which were leading new digital technology for remote/virtual patient engagement in the clinical trials process. This included designing the UI architecture, interface and interaction flow of web and mobile applications and also defining and maintaining UX design standards across all products.At Experian as Senior User Interface Designer I led and managed the end-to-end design process across various Experian business units, strategic initiatives and digital products and services. I designed and created high quality user experiences (UX) and user interfaces (UI) for complex data-driven software applications within an agile environment.I was responsible for leading and managing Experian’s digital strategy to align all products across BI (Business Information) under one device agnostic ecosystem, which delivered a consistent experience across all platforms.
