Call center Representative | Dialer Management | Retail Production Sale Assistance Bibiana joined JetBlue in 2008 and served as a Liaison in the Uniform Department and Corporate Social Responsibility Team in STI that supported community services for JetBlue. In 2014 She joined the Liaison Team as a TDY Instructor For JBU, teaching business partner for new hires in the Dominican Republic. In 2016 She coordinated the startup of our 96th Blue city Quito, Ecuador. Late in 2016 she accepted the position of Airport Operations Lead and joined the Acting Supervisor Program in STI. Eager to continue growing in 2016 she transferred to JFK, accepting the position of Airport Operations Lead. In her lead role she was involved in the Values Committee and in the Acting Supervisor Program at JFK. Shortly after she accepted a Airport Operation position in JFK and was able to cross trained and gained additional skills in our Ground Operations department. Bibiana had the opportunity to support the Guayaquil team as TDY Supervisor. Recently she has taken the role as a TDY administration supervisor.
