I serve as a key connector between The Music Settlement and Greater Cleveland communities, building authentic relationships that expand equitable access to music education and arts programming. In this role, I cultivate partnerships with residents, schools, cultural organizations, and neighborhood leaders; represent the organization at community events; and help design inclusive, community-informed programming both on- and off-campus. I also support free and low-cost concerts, workshops, and engagement initiatives, gather community feedback to inform strategy, and collaborate across departments to ensure programming remains welcoming, relevant, and responsive to local voices.
