A strategic leadership role, creating, developing implementing and managing a robust Ethos programme within education, that supports the schools personal development strategic plan, impact culture, enhance wellbeing and improves school outcomes. Whilst enhancing the schools core pastoral offer, supporting the social and emotional development of the students, through holistic pastoral care. As the Ethos Lead, I lead a team whos sole focus is to deliver interventions and programmes, that develop the whole person, enhance student wellbeing, and provides parental support to improve pupil outcomes. My team works with school from the inside out helping transform young people from the inside out, supporting young people to develop character and value, build healthy relationships and widen horizons.
