I love everything about Brand building, yes even the commercial aspects and developing exceptional talent. I thrive when presented with a seemingly impossible challenge or project which flexes my creativity,strategic thinking and hard earned commercial skills,especially when working with diverse and multicultural teams. The more pressure the better, managing multiple high value projects with tight deadlines is my Jam. I have spent the last 16 years developing my talents and skills across various functions in Marketing and retail in different countries, developing and building powerful and valuable brands and businesses, none of which would be possible without a strong, skilled and motivated team. I go about building that team by harnessing their potential and creating an environment that people who are smart,hardworking and passionate thrive in.
