A proud Air Warrior with 20 years of distinguished service in the Indian Air Force, bringing extensive experience in security operations, administration, and public affairs across defence, nuclear power, manufacturing, and corporate environments.During my tenure with the IAF, I served across seven postings throughout India and worked on deputation with the Aeronautical Development Agency (ADA), Bengaluru. I was also associated with the Kudankulam Nuclear Power Project (KKNPP) at Kanyakumari, Tamil Nadu, contributing to high-security and sensitive installations. Additionally, I supported Asia’s Premier Air Show at Yelahanka Air Base, Bengaluru, handling security and weapons deployment against aerial threats, being certified and trained on latest missile firing systems.Post-retirement from the IAF, I worked for 3 years as a Security Officer with Bosch India (MNC), Nashik Plant, managing comprehensive industrial security operations. My responsibilities included men, material, and asset protection, security staff deployment, access control, vendor and casual labor management, material gate operations, surprise inspections, scrap handling and disposal, body frisking, MIS reporting, and support for CSR initiatives.Currently, I am working with Sula Vineyards Ltd. as Deputy General Manager (DGM) – Administration, Security & Public Affairs, overseeing four plants in the Nashik region. I am responsible for company asset protection, employee safety, risk assessment, factory discipline, security staff training, and compliance with latest government regulations. I also maintain strong liaison with local administration and police authorities, manage security and safety budgets, and proactively address potential operational and public affairs challenges.
