I am a seasoned humanitarian and development practitioner with 10 years’ experience in implementing cash based transfers with expertise ranging from programme design, set up, implementation, M&E and administration of complaints and feedback mechanisms. I played a key role in the set up and rollout of the first e- voucher system in the WFP Zimbabwe Country Office and contributed immensely in the development of the country office standard operating procedures for e-voucher management. I also have experience in implementing a vast of cash assistance delivery mechanisms ranging from electronic vouchers (including working with retailers), paper vouchers, cash in transit (immediate cash) and mobile money in various contexts.
