Led development of a site-specific material characterization benchmark (Avicel PH-102) using bulk/tap density, Flodex flow testing, and FT4 rheometry to support formulation screening and scale-up decisions-Conducted comprehensive powder and tablet characterization (flowability, rheology, hardness, friability, disintegration, viscosity) to evaluate material behavior and product quality-Designed and executed tablet compression studies using a Styl’One compaction simulator; quantified punch filming via gravimetric analysis to assess process performance-Investigated excipient selection strategies for direct compression formulations to mitigate punch filming and improve manufacturability-Analyzed powder flow and compression data to generate insights on process efficiency, tablet quality, and excipient performance-Operated and supported GMP-regulated solid-dose manufacturing processes including roller compaction, milling (comilling), V-shell blending, tablet compression, coating, and spray drying, gaining hands-on exposure to end-to-end production workflows.
