Witnessing and documenting of painting activities through the preparation of daily inspection Reports, through raising RFIs, inspection and documentation.Ensure all surface preparation and application is conducted in accordance with the specified standard for that painting system according to procedures/specifications.Monitoring and verifying blasting and painting quality issues i.e. measuring weather conditions, surface profile, paint thickness, holiday detection test to ensure compliance with relevant project specifications.Familiar with the NACE / SSPC / ISO standards related to Surface Preparation & Coating of Steel Substrate.Ensuring fulfillment of all Inspection and Test requirements for every stages as per the approved ITP, QCP and contractual requirements.Conduct internal audits and follow-up with proper documentation & corrective actions, responsible for NCR management attend and co-ordinate with external auditors.Inspects & Review certificates of related to blasting and painting Incoming Materials. Check Ambient Conditions for working environment during Blasting & Painting activities. Inspection of Tanks & Vessels with External Coating, Internal Coatings.Ensure Work Force have Mandatory HSE Requirements, Identify Hazards and Controls during site Visits. Prior to starting the job, demonstrating the coating and painting inspection activities to the client’s representatives.Witness painting inspection like, Field - joint coating inspection, Perform Peel test for Heat shrink sleeves or cold wrap Coating as per procedure.Witness Holiday test for pipeline before Lowering. Pipe Coating Inspection, Cold wrap tape, 3 LPE, Heat shrink sleeve.Attend walk down with client representative, prepare Punchlist, attend all Punchlist point to closed Punchlist.Prepare Lowering package, Tie-In package & Hydro test package for Pipeline. Attend HDD section to complete all Road crossing sections prior to lowering.
