I’m a Chemical Engineering student at Vishwakarma Institute of Technology, Pune, with a strong interest in process operations, plant design, and production optimization. I have practical experience using Aspen Plus, Aspen HYSYS, and MATLAB for process modeling and understanding large-scale industrial systems.During my internship at Solvents and Solution Industry and Vijay Gas Manufacturing Plant, I gained hands-on exposure to ammonia liquor production, process monitoring, and lab-based quality testing, which enhanced my understanding of continuous manufacturing processes and plant safety.Through academic projects like designing a baghouse filter for emission control, simulating an ammonia plant, and developing green extraction techniques for bioactive compounds, I’ve strengthened my technical foundation and problem-solving approach toward real-world production challenges.I’m eager to apply my skills and knowledge in process optimization, production operations, and plant efficiency to contribute effectively to industrial chemical manufacturing environments.
