Responsible for creating, reviewing, and updating technical documentation that supports vehicle diagnostics, repair procedures, service operations, and training across Personal, Commercial and Electric Vehicle segments. This includes: Service Literature Development- Authoring service manuals, repair guides, and troubleshooting procedures aligned with OEM standards- Structuring content for clarity, accuracy, and usability by technicians, service advisors, and dealership staff.🧠 Knowledge Transfer & Training Support- Developing training modules, SOPs, and job role-specific guides for sales and service personnel- Translating complex technical concepts into accessible formats for on-job training and e-learning platforms. Diagnostic & Calibration Documentation- Documenting step-by-step diagnostic workflows, parameter calibration methods, and software update protocols- Ensuring content reflects latest R&D inputs, emission norms, and high-security component programming standards.🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration- Coordinating with Tekline, Tekxpert, R&D, and plant technical teams to validate procedures and incorporate feedback- Supporting warranty documentation and incident analysis with precise technical narratives. Quality & Compliance- Ensuring all authored content meets regulatory, safety, and brand standards- Periodically reviewing and updating documents to reflect product changes, field feedback, and service innovations.
