I am a CIPD Level 7 qualified HR Advisor with 4 years of experience across employee relations, HR operations, and recruitment. Currently at Luminate Education Group, I support managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle. My work includes onboarding, responding to HR queries, supporting family-friendly processes, reviewing sickness absence reports and advising managers on next steps. I regularly advise managers on policy application and ensure day-to-day HR matters are handled in line with organisational policies and UK employment law.This role also involves maintaining accurate employee data within our HRIS and liaising with payroll to ensure employee changes are correctly reflected. I support contractual and employee record updates across the organisation while ensuring HR documentation and records remain compliant and audit-ready.Prior to this, I worked in both internal HR and agency recruitment roles at McDonald’s and Allegis Global Solutions, where I supported employee relations cases, investigations and high-volume recruitment campaigns for international clients.I’m particularly interested in HR advisory roles that combine employee relations, employment law and practical problem solving to support managers and organisations.Outside of my day-to-day work, I have produced educational content simplifying key UK employment law concepts for HR professionals and managers.
