From Steel to SaaS — Building Across Industries, Borders & BarriersIf someone had told me at the start of my career(about 10 years back) that I would navigate industries as diverse as steel & mining, fashion, luxury retail, global exports, e-commerce, and now tech & SaaS — I might have raised an eyebrow. But here I am, and what a journey it’s been.I began my career as one of the first female field managers on a greenfield project at Tata Steel, leading a 40+ member team straight out of campus. That experience shaped my belief that leadership isn’t about age or titles — it’s about grit, empathy, and accountability.My next chapters were just as bold.🧵 In fashion and luxury retail, I had the privilege to work closely on corporate strategy with the MD of ABFRL and the CEO of Sabyasachi — the visionary designer himself. Together, we built something historic: Launched the first-ever flagship store of an Indian luxury brand in New York Drove global expansion for Indian luxury retail across geographies and cultures In e-commerce and exports, I learned how scale meets speed — and how to bring premium experiences to global customers efficiently. And today, in the tech and SaaS space at Amazon, I’m part of a high-impact team driving enterprise growth and digital transformation at scale.From shop floors to boardrooms, from hard hats to high fashion, from greenfield projects in India to luxury launches in NYC — my career has been anything but linear.
