Coordinating the planning, preparation and communication of specifications for bids of the most critical elements, and assisting the Lead Contract Manager (in occasions taking the lead) in the negotiations to achieve the most favourable commercial conditions, quality, prices, delivery times, etc- Supporting and promoting the implementation of contract management standardization across the project, supporting the development of procedures, guidelines, registers, related to contracts compliance, claims, variations, communications, …- Ensuring the business\' best practices and processes are implemented and applied in contract management ensuring involvement and interfacing with key company functions like Purchasing, Insurance, Financial, Legal, etc- Assisting the Lead Contract Manager in the planning, preparation and Preparing reports on aspects of the Supply Chain activities- Becoming the focal point and internal expert for one or more areas of specialisation within the contract management team- Monitoring contractor performance in the project, to ensure quality, H&S and cost targets are met and ensuring the project is implemented in a manner consistent with the contract terms and with sound commercial and risk management principles.
