Since 2002 I have built up a wealth of knowledge in high level administrative support specifically in the financial services sector. I have held roles in specialised fields such as financial crime (complying with subject access requests and court mandated requests), loans collections, KYC application and regulatory client outreach. My experiences span both retail and investment banking managing teams of 6 through to 40+ people. While I have experience in people management, I am also comfortable in a role that plays to my administrative organizational strengths.More recently (August 2022) I have successfully passed the IOC Certification in Fundamentals of Financial Services.
