My role encompasses strategic direction, team leadership, and direct client engagement, ensuring our practice stays ahead of local and global trends.Key Responsibilities- Leadership & Mentoring: Guiding and developing a high-performing team- Strategic Direction: Aligning our NZ Performance Engineering Practice with global trends- Global Collaboration: Partnering with the Global Performance Engineering Practice on strategy and resourcing- Client Engagement: Overseeing the planning and execution of client projects and delivering direct billable work- Reporting: Providing insights and updates to the NZ Management team.Technical Expertise:I have extensive experience with a wide range of testing tools in both Performance and Automation. Initially specializing in LoadRunner, Performance Centre, and WinRunner, I have recently pivoted to open-source tools like JMeter.
