This has left me in a unique position where I am in many aspects ahead of the game when it comes to these two areas of digital. I know the apps, processes, and what to look for when the road paved to an AI future can lead someone astray. We are at the beginning of this new technological revolution and when I speak to other business owners about it, there is general fear out there. And I get it. Everything is about to change. That’s why Sync specializes in future proofing businesses so that one day the owners of those businesses don’t wake up and realize everything they’ve worked for collapsed because of the machines.

I’ve been an entrepreneur my entire adult life. I’ve built companies, led teams, produced events, strategized campaigns, written books, and made a lot of noise online for my brands and my clients. But as balance becomes more of a priority, I’m now open to remote opportunities that let me bring my skill set into a team environment … ideally while still using my office and studio space that I’ve spent way too much time (and money) perfecting.My greatest strengths are leadership, project and product management, strategy, and creative. I’ve built a career at the intersection of experience, storytelling, and strategy, which is a fancy way of saying I know how to take an idea from “what if” to “that actually worked.” I’ve worn many hats: strategist, event producer, marketing leader, creative director, problem solver, and the guy who figures out how to make things happen when everyone else is still looking for the manual.I’m a published author and a prolific creator, with over one million pieces of online content produced through campaigns, storytelling, and strategy—both for my own ventures and for clients who needed someone who could bring clarity and momentum to their vision. If it involves telling a story, building a brand, or getting people excited about something, I’m at home. And yes, I use em dashes because I\'m a fan of the Oxford comma and Shakespeare. Over the years, I’ve produced over a thousand events — from sold-out Halloween attractions and massive concerts to political rallies and advocacy campaigns. I’ve also built platforms, grown brands, and navigated the weird and wonderful world of digital marketing long before algorithms were trendy dinner table topics.At this point in my career, I’m open to any project, role, or collaboration that harnesses my experience and creative problem-solving—something that I can feel passionate about and that challenges me to keep learning. I don’t believe in roadblocks, just speed bumps.
