ABOUT BETSY MUIRHEAD
As an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, I strive to provide a holistic and integrative approach to help individuals and couples navigate relational issues, past trauma, mood and anxiety disorders, grief and loss, and life transitions. I believe that you can create meaningful change by enhancing your understanding of beliefs, patterns, and relational dynamics that are no longer beneficial to you. During our work together, I will utilize evidence-based methods to assist you in developing healthier ways of interacting with yourself and others. My therapeutic approach is diverse, drawing on a range of theoretical frameworks. For both individual and couple’s therapy, I will rely on you to be the expert in your own life/relationship as I work as an active and attentive guide towards the path of healing and growth.
