I’m Beth A product designer and team manager with a wide toolkit in UX, research, workshops, and speculative innovation. I have over 10 years of experience demonstrating the important role UX design and human-centered strategy play in projects\' early phases. As a designer, my work is anchored in connecting human struggles with productivity goals to drive meaningful behavior shifts. Through measurable moments, I’ve saved businesses millions by streamlining processes with the help of emerging technology to cut down times from idea-to-market. My approach combines regular user research with design thinking strategies to bring diverse perspectives together in complex, collaborative settings. 🧩 As a team leader, I build towards a working environment that fosters high humility with high ambition to prevent costly reworks, team burnout, and fear of taking risks on pushing innovative ideas. Through managing the design team at WHOOP, I’ve led initiatives that led to an 82 SUS score that stayed consistent or growing across 2 years, a 110% increase in daily active users, and cut down research times with nurtured pipelines of paid users on standby for habitual testing. I love contributing to offerings that are not just functional but transformative in pushing human wellness and balance. I practice what I preach with my career journey being a constant exploration and commitment to making a meaningful difference through thoughtful and purposeful design.
