Her primary experience has been with The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, a major national voluntary health organization, including national and local experience. She has extensive background in leading market growth, especially skilled in areas of volunteer recruitment and engagement including Boards, high level fundraising chairs and committees, major gifts, campaign fundraising, budgeting and operations, team building and staff development. Beth is recognized as a natural leader and team player who excels at motivating and inspiring others to meet and exceed goals and who builds lasting and productive relationships with individuals and organizations. In her spare time, Beth enjoys spending time with her husband and children and friends from all spheres of her life and who reside all over the country.
