As the Head of Compensation and Benefits for Basin Electric, I lead a team committed to supporting one of the largest electric generation and transmission cooperatives in the United States. Basin Electric was created to provide reliable, low-cost power to our members, and today, we serve 141 member cooperative systems across nine states, stretching from the Canadian border to the border of Mexico. With just under $3 billion in annual revenues and $8.4 billion in assets, we manage a robust and dynamic workforce while being the parent company of eight subsidiaries. Our mission is to ensure that our compensation and benefits strategies attract and retain top talent and align with our core values of reliability, sustainability, and community service.
