ABOUT BERND EWERS
As part of the Collins Aerospace Sustainability Office, Bernd Ewers leads sustainability programs across the enterprise. He joined Collins Aerospace in 2001, where he held various positions in the fields of engineering, business development and more recently government relations in the EU, France, and Germany. Bernd is also Vice-Chair of the Transport, Energy and Climate Committee at the American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham) Industry organization in Brussels. Before joining Collins, he held positions as a systems engineer at Airbus. Bernd began his career in France as a research engineer at ENSICA (ISAE). Today he still teaches at ISAE in the field of control engineering.Bernd Ewers holds a master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Stuttgart in Germany and an MBA from ESC Toulouse.
