I am a software engineer focusing on infrastructrue and automation continually learning and exploring new technologies.I have been a coder during my school years and although I have attended a University for Information & Communication Technology, I have not been able to complete my degree. Most of my base knowledge comes from self-educating myself. Currently, I work at Slack as a Software Engineer in the Demand Engineering team. My responsibilities are: ensuring the traffic keeps flowing and services are discoverable at Slack. Slack infrastructre processes billions of requests every time and my contributions ensure these requests reach their destinations.I am passionate about using technology to create positive change and make a meaningful impact on people\'s lives. Which is why I volunteer for CodeYourfuture in my spare time as a Mentor, helping trainees from underprivileged backgrounds (like myself) to get into tech.
