Manage and direct a staff of 28 including Chief Engineer, engineers, master electrician, master plumber, master HVAC technician, master locksmith, adminstrator and general maintenance mechanic. Review projects to ensure compliance with the building standards and to ensure that job meets tenants satisfaction. In the past some of the biggest projects day to day Overview, monitored and accomplished on time on Pepco energy $ nine million retrofit SCU replacment project. Overview and monitor General contractors on construction project. Overview, monitored and accomplished on time Schindler five million 12 passengers, 2 freight and 1 hydraulic elevator modernization project.
